The Dreamer
As a kid, I wanted to play in the NHL. But by my mid-teens, that dream ended, leaving me searching for identity. At 18, a book changed my perspective: Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert T. Kiyosaki. I realized life wasn’t just happening to me—I could take control. My dream of becoming a professional hockey player was over, but a new one emerged: becoming an entrepreneur.
The Doer
I’ve always been driven but, back then, I lacked the structure and skills to turn my ideas into reality. I tried different jobs, sports, and projects, but follow-through was tough. It took years for me to realize that passion alone wasn’t enough—I needed to pair it with real strategy. That’s when I started to fall in love with business and innovation.
I co-founded my first real company, Treno, while studying at Blekinge Institute of Technology. Treno helped sports organizations streamline membership management, but I quickly realized something crucial: to be successful in business, I needed to master sales.
Sales Journey
In 2015, I joined Lime Technologies as a sales trainee. It was here that I honed my B2B sales skills and climbed the ladder to Senior Account Executive. But my dream of entrepreneurship wasn’t fading—it was evolving. I knew I had to develop my leadership skills, so I relocated to Norway, convinced it was the right move. However, reaching that next leadership milestone turned out to be more challenging than I had anticipated.
Breakthrough
The game-changer came when I joined Winningtemp, a fast-growing SaaS company. Within five months, I became the Country Manager for Norway, and together, we grew the business from NOK 2 million to NOK 32 million ARR in 2.5 years. Leading a team taught me that real success isn’t just about personal wins—it’s about elevating others.
Life Happens
Just as things were looking up, life threw me a curveball. A climbing accident punctured my right lung, and suddenly, everything changed. My active lifestyle had to take a back seat, and my journey toward becoming a private pilot unexpectedly stopped. But after recovery and surgery, I came back more focused and resilient, with a clearer understanding of what truly matters—balancing health, wealth, and relationships.

Today, I’m a Certified Executive Business Coach. My passion is to help others unlock their potential through personalized 1:1 coaching and sharing everything I’ve learned—from mindset and leadership to business growth and personal development.
